Beef & Noodles with Tomatoes

Easy Crockpot Beef & Noodle Soup with Tomatoes from www.YourLifeTodayMagazine.com

1 pound lean beef, cubed or sliced
2 cans diced tomatoes
4 cups of water (more if lid fits loosely)
1 1/2 cups dried noodles
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon of your favorite herbs such as thyme & rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste (Use salt substitute if limiting sodium intake)

Add all ingredients but the noodles to the Crockpot. Add noodles during the last 30 to 40 minutes of cooking.
 Heat on high for 2 to 4 hours or until beef is no longer pink and is completely cooked.  Stir occasionally as needed.  (Cooking time varies because slow cookers vary widely.)
