Ingredients
1 pound lean beef, cubed or sliced*
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
Salt and pepper to taste 
(Use salt substitute if limiting sodium intake)

Directions
Add all ingredients to Crockpot. (
Thaw broccoli if frozen.  For firmer broccoli, wait to add until the last hour of cooking.)  Heat on high for 2 to 4 hours or until beef is no longer pink and is completely cooked. Stir occasionally as needed.

*Stew meat is often an inexpensive option and comes pre-cut.
