This delicious, heart-healthy dish is surprisingly quick to make! You can use fresh salmon filets or keep a package of vacuum sealed filets in your freezer so you can make this anytime you need a quick meal.
Salmon filets (1 per person)
Tomato Chutney (1-2 tablespoons per filet)
Put filets on countertop George Foreman-type grill and cook until done. (Approximately 5 minutes.) Spoon your favorite tomato chutney over salmon filets. Excellent with a salad of spinach or mixed greens.
You can also use a skillet grill or an outdoor grill, but it will take a little longer since you won't be cooking both sides at once. If using an outdoor grill, wrap it in oiled foil first since fish sticks easily and can fall through. Microwaving for 3 to 5 minutes (without foil) is also an option.
