Brew your favorite coffee according to package directions. Traditionally, espresso is used in lattes. If using espresso, use 1/3 cup espresso to 1/2 cup milk. For regular coffee, use equal parts milk and coffee. If you want foam, heat milk on stove and whisk to form foam. (Be careful not to spatter hot liquid.) For each cup, add a dash of pumpkin pie spice and sugar to desired sweetness. (Optional: Add 1/4 teaspoon canned pumpkin per cup and whisk very well.) Add milk to coffee/espresso, reserving foam for the top. Sprinkle with a dash of pumpkin pie spice for garnish. Enjoy!
