Puff Pastry, thawed
Thaw puff pastry in refrigerator. (Don't be tempted to use your microwave because this can cause it to thaw unevenly.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Place sheet of puff pastry on paper. Spread with preserves, leaving about an inch around the edges. Bake until thoroughly cooked and golden brown, approximately 30 minutes. (Ovens vary. Adjust temperature and time as needed.) If preserves puddle while baking, simply redistribute while still warm. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
