Do you have trouble sleeping? Many who deal with pain or other issues have trouble sleeping at night.  We hope you are able to get some rest, but if you happen to be up anyway, you might want to take up skywatching.  There are fascinating things happening all the time.  Shortly after I started paying attention, I saw the International Space Station go right over my house! I also discovered that I don’t have to travel to Iceland to see the Northern Lights.  They are sometimes visible where I live, and they are often visible just a day’s drive from me.  There are meteor showers and Super Moons and countless other fascinating things to discover. Visit the link below for some great ideas.
