Ingredients (per person)
1 pear, peeled and cored
1 cup pumpkin pie filling (not plain pumpkin)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cover pears with pumpkin pie filling and put in greased baking dish. Heat until pumpkin has caramelized and changed from bright orange to brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.

Top with toasted pecans and whipped cream if desired.
